Rusty Rat Terrier

A small rat terrier sits up straight and proud, ears pricked to attention and eyes bright with that ready-for-anything look terriers wear so well. His coat is a crisp patchwork of black, white, and rust, and a leather collar with a little tag catches a glint of light at his throat. Behind him, spiky cactus paddles in deep green push into the frame, and the background swirls with gold filigree and jewel tones, almost like brocade fabric. Set against all that pattern and color, the little dog holds perfectly still, calm and dignified in the middle of the noise around him.
